24th of July

The 24th of July was fun this year. The girls went to a cheer camp 3 days before the 24th and then they were able to ride this float in the parade, they also stopped and did their dance.

Drew rode our wards float and helped pass out homemade rootbeer.
After the parade we went to the Gorge and had another great lunch and a lot of fun. The girls decided to paint their faces, they always find something funny to do!

Then there is Justin, he always has to come up with something creative (and most often dangerous).

Birthday weekend

A few more things we did over the weekend were:
Alyssa finally got her cast off! YAY!!!!!
Justin said one of the things he wanted for his birthday was to be able to get to his work bench in the garage, so me and the kids cleaned it out. Hopefully it will stay like this for a while!
He also picked up himself a new keyboard and mouse and is going to order himself some other things online.
On Monday just me and Justin headed to Cedar to dinner and a movie. Thanks to all of the wonderful birthday wishes. We love you dad/Justin and hope you had a good day/weekend!

Justin's birthday!

For the weekend and Justin's birthday we decided to do a couple of fun things. On Saturday we headed up to the Gorge for some cooking, eating, 4-wheeler riding, shooting and a little rain. It was lots of fun, Shanon and Adrian and kids were back from their trip and also Bruce and Pattie joined us. We had a lot of fun and wish we could just live up there.
We forgot a spatula to turn the hamburgers, so we came up with a few things to use. The ax and later on you will see a make shift spatula (fork plus can lid).

We got a bit of rain and some of us jumped in the car for dryness and some found jackets with hoods and some found ridiculous body covers. Leave it to Grandpa Fischer to find the ridiculous.

Camri was always whiddling and Mclane wanted to "fiddle" as well, funny little guy.

Grandma ready to kill!

Grandma saying to Grandpa "are you drinking another sodee pop?"

4th of July weekend

The 4th of July was another fun one. My brother Aaron and his family was here from Georgia and then it was just us regulars. Clay's family wasn't able to come this year.

The first 4 pics are all of us at the parade. Camri was pretty sick with a fever and headache, so she didn't make it to the parade. But she came later to the games and races. Which are the next 4 pics.

Then on that same weekend we headed to the Minersville Reservoir. Chad got Grandpa Tex's old boat going and Grandma Margie got a new thing that pulled us on. It was a lot of fun. Thanks Chad for getting the boat ready and to Mom for all the food and preparation.

Grandma Margie also bought a water slide for the kids, so after the reservoir we put the water slide up and the kids had a lot of fun getting we again.

It was a fun weekend!
