Weekend with the family

Because my brother was still here from Iowa we went to Minersville to visit with everyone and the kids (as usual) had a lot of fun together.

Fun in Mesquite and Ava's blessing

This weekend my family all went to Mesquite for some warmth, sun, swimming, eating and go-kart driving/riding. Then on Sunday we went back to St. George for Ava's Blessing. It was so good to be with family and baby Ava is so cute. I didn't get any pictures of Sunday, I'm sorry, but here are a bunch from Mesquite.

Weekend at Grandma's

I am such a slacker! This weekend was a fun one. Erin & Jordan and Shanon & Adrian all came to Grandma's for a visit. We spent the weekend eating, doing hair(mostly Erin) and playing. The weather was okay and the kids played outside a lot. My kids got a hold of the camera, so some of the pictures were a little crazy.

Drew's state report

The 5th grade at Panguitch Elementary had each student do a report on a state in the United States. Drew's individual report was on Maryland. Also they had to do a group report and I didn't get any pictures of the group report on Kansas. But here are a few pics of his report on Maryland.

Valentines

Then on Saturday Justin and I went to a movie and the kids made my day by doing what I asked. Yes, believe it or not they will sometimes surprise you and actually do something you ask them to do. Then that night somebody (who is still quick) kicked us a valentine. Yummy cookies!!!!!!!!!!!

And finally to get caught up we had a good Valentine's Day. On Friday the kids had their school parties. I was able to go help with those and they had fun and brought home lots of good treats.
